Brave Impact Leadership Academy (BILA) is a six-month leadership formation and discipleship program that equips emerging leaders to discover their identity, clarify their purpose, develop godly character, strengthen leadership capacity, and create lasting community impact. Through training, mentorship, coaching, and practical service, participants are empowered to lead with integrity, excellence, and a Christ-centered worldview.

Six-Month Discipleship & Purpose-Driven Leadership
How the Academy works
Six-month leadership journey
The Academy gives participants a sustained formation season rooted in Christ-centered leadership, identity, and service.
Virtual sessions twice a week
Cohort members meet online twice each week for teaching, discussion, mentorship, and accountability.
Monthly full-day gathering
Once a month the cohort gathers physically for a full-day experience that deepens community and puts learning into practice.
Two major outreach projects
Participants complete two major community service outreach projects, turning purpose-driven leadership into hands-on love.
Graduation and Leadership Dinner
Graduates receive a Certificate in Purpose-Driven Leadership and are celebrated through a Leadership Dinner.
